Thanks for posting. Dark brown spotting or bleeding is not necessarily implantation bleeding. Dark blood means that the blood is old, so sometimes it can get pooled and be released at some point-- it could happen any time during your cycle such as after sex when it can become dislodged. If you are concerned about pregnancy, do not have your boyfriend put his penis on your vagina-- it just isn't worth the risk.
If your period is late, you may test for pregnancy for your peace of mind.
