There's really no such thing as stress or emotional eating. Many women have "Sugar-Brain" causes by long-term exposure to excessive fructos mainly from sugar and HFCS and high glycemic carbohydrates. The medical term for this disease is Carbohydrate Associated Reversible Brain syndrome or CARB syndrome.
