She should realize that her period may come earlier, may come later, she may have a short period or a long period, etc. Each woman reacts differently from taking the emergency contraceptive but in my experience, this happens for at least 2 months, then returns to normal. This warning should also be on the information packet that you got with the contraceptive. She should be fine since you followed the directions. I hope this helps.
