Sorry it took me so long to get back. Thanks so much for your help. We ultimately ended up back at the doctors office. And had another set of labs ran. The doctor didn't have a clue what she was doing, so thankfully I do have some medical knowledge on my side. The doctor never could decide what she thought she might have, even after I laid out all the possible options I had found. The doctor didn't even tell us what to watch for, when to worry, or when to call back. My husband and I through all of our research decided that it was Fifths disease. Almost 2 weeks later her texture of skin is finally about normal. The fever lasted 5 days. We found agreeable formula (without the doctor because she knew nothing about formula). So ultimately, we have a happy, healthy baby, and we're switching doctors ;) Again, thanks for your help!
