Next Choice will not protect you from any sex you have AFTER you've taken it. However, spotting and a change in period is a common side effect of the pill.
You will still have to take a pregnancy test if your next period is late or missed. In the future you may want to reconsider your choice of sleeping with two men without protection-- not only because of pregnancy but because of STDs as well.
