I took Julie's Self Defense class today and brought my 17-year old daughter. I have attended a few Self-Defense classes many years ago. This was the best classes I have ever attended. Julie did an outstanding job of relating her experiences as a police officer, and integrated some very powerful videos. We finished the class with some hands on training with some important techniques. I would highly recommend this class to any women, especially those with daughters.
