If you are having pain, your doctor can suggest for you to have an pelvic ultrasound. It's impossible to know what can be causing all these symptoms, without having imaging test done. It can be caused by many things, ovarian cysts, Appendicitis, Bladder disorders, Sexually transmitted diseases, Kidney infection or kidney stones, Intestinal disorders, Ectopic pregnancy, Miscarriage, Pelvic inflammatory disease and many other conditions.
