How do I keep my energy level high through out the day. It is simple I make sure I have a purpose every morning when I get up and my purpose is to do volunteer work at the animal shelter. When I am there nothing matters but keeping those animal happy by playing with them and giving them lots of love. I laugh alot when I am there and my energy stays high. You have to keep yourself busy. I am 68 and I just go go go everyday and have more energy than some of my younger friends.
