If you are worried about pregnancy, I would wait until you actually are into the sugar pills before trying a pregnancy test as it appears that you are having spot bleeding due to missing those pills. This is pretty common until you return to your normal schedule.
You always risk pregnancy every time you have sex, so is there a possibility? Sure, there is always that possibility. Try the pregnancy test as mentioned above and keep us posted.
