Do you have any friends or family members to turn to? You can also look into your public health clinic to see if there is any other source of help they can offer. 

If you can, take a day for yourself. As a single parent myself, it can be very difficult to balance everything at once-- and it sure is a lot for one person to balance! Pick the one thing you miss doing the most and just go for it-- it may help decrease the anxiety. If you do this at least once a month you may find that this new you may be happier than the one who only relied on medication.
