I believe there are certain laser procedures that will help with age spots. You would have to talk to a dermatologist who uses it. Before you go ahead, you might want to talk to other patients that doctor has treated to ask them about their results since insurance will not cover this.
The thing to remember is that even after you have an area treated, you must use sunscreen to prevent it from re-occurring.
