Hi Emily, while I am no doctor to doesn't seem to me like you have anything to be worried about since you did not have intercourse. But with that said you should ALWAYS use a condom and be cautious. If you are thinking of being sexual active, you should ask your parents and your doctor about the option of birth control IF it is right for you. Don't worry about them being mad and it is ok to be scared to talk with them about this. They will most likely be much happier that you came to them and talked about this rather than having an unwanted pregnancy at a very young age. I am sure you will be happier in the end as well.

You can always pick up a pregnancy test from a drug store and check yourself if you are truly worried. It may be worth setting up a doctor's appointment to discuss birth control options and to 100% confirm that you are indeed not pregnant.

It's a good thing that you are asking questions about your health so you should feel great about taking that first step :) If you don't take care of your body who will?!
