I think the best answer to this is for you both go and see a doctor together and if you are underage, go to a Planned Parenthood location near you where you can remain anonymous. Speaking to a doctor and understanding all the outcomes of what a sexual relationship will provide will better help you both talk about what you really want to do. Knowledge is power.
