Hi Teija
Adrenal Fatigue encompasses so many symptoms, all are debilitating and can be frightening. Add the combo of menopause symptoms and its a triple whammy. Most important is you are taking charge and looking out for yourself. Find a Dr who has a holistic approach to health and hormone balance. Cortisone injections will mask your symptoms and could put you further down the rabbit hole. Make sure you get a full blood panel done with cortisol testing. Three day stool sample and urine panel will give alot of info as to whatever elseis going on with the way your body is working and absorbing nutrients. Please watch what you are eating. Plants, if you eat meat then organic/grass fed lean proteins, some fruits, nuts, fatty fish. Small meals throughout the day will help to maintain your energy.

Do you get enough sleep? Try to be in bed by 10. Often with AF if we miss the window and dont get to bed by ten then we are up all night.
I suffer from AF in recovery from PTSD and i use Ashwaganda, an ayurvedic herb that is an effective adaptogen. It knows if i need enrgy or a nap. It was prescribed to me by my Dr. as i dont reccomend taking anything until you know exactly what is going on in your body and are under care of a qualified practitioner.

Only the best wishes in your path to wellness
Amy
