Hi Angelwings23,

Thank you for your question. You have a lot going on with trying to lose weight, stressing about trying to get pregnant and all these things could honestly delay your period. Weight loss is probably one of the most common reasons why periods are delayed. If you workout, change your diet, etc...this will certainly delay a period. Athletes are well known for missing periods for months.

 

So with this said, the best thing for you to do is wait at least until your period has been delayed at least 8-10 days and then take a pregnancy test. If you start your period, this is an obvious sign that you are not pregnant - so keep trying. However, you seem to be doing your homework on your ovulation so I have sure in no time - you will find yourself pregnant. Be certain to try and keep your stress levels down.
