Girlfriend I'm so glad you have decided to take care of your hands.
Check to make sure you arent deficient in B Vitamins. The supplement , Biotin ( also known as B7) isgood for nails and hair, too! Hangnails can be a sign of lack in vitamin C! & don't forget calcium which you need to combine with magnesium for maximum absorption .
Essential fatty acids such as fish, flax, evening primrose or borage oil will help with thin brittle nails.
Foods rich in phosphorous, fish, meat, poultry, eggs, nuts & whole grains
Contribute to growth maintenance & repair of cells & tissue, plus hardens nails.
See you at the manicurist
