Welcome to EmpowHER.  You can not get pregnant from your boyfriend touching you.  In order for sperm to live and be able to swim up the vaginal walls, is through intercourse.  The brown discharge, can be due to hormonal changes during your cycle. If it continues, it might be best to let your doctor know.
