Mine is a different strategy though but worked pretty well on me. I have been over eating due to a failed relationship. Everybody hates rejection and we deal with a world that is full of stress. That caused me to be overweight. I have been dieting and exercising as well but it didn't seem to help me at all. Maybe it what I was doing wasn't enough. I have read blogs about diet pills and there mixed reviews on certain pills. I have eyed on a pill Prescopodene and asked a doctor about it and eventually got an approval on using it. It was my first so I was very cautious about it. I did lose weight and now stick to the natural way of losing weight, exercise and proper diet. That's how I am maintaining my shape. Handling emotions is I think harder to deal with compared to losing weight so instead of keeping my thoughts about problems and stuff to myself, I have learned how to vent all my worries out with people close to my heart. They serve as my support group and that works for me perfectly. So yeah, that's how I am managing my emotions.
