Acne is a common problem in adults. It should be treated and it is necessary to plan a healthy diet for it. Besides the above methods acne can be well treated with the help of various home remedies. There are many ingredients that are always available in the kitchen and you can use them to remove your acne.
Following ingredients are useful to get rid of acne.
1. Honey is a natural antibiotic, and its sticky consistency works to pull up dirt and grime. Mix two tablespoons of honey with a teaspoon of cinnamon, and apply it over your face. Allow it to set for 5-10 minutes, and then rinse it off with warm water.
2. Apply some toothpaste directly on top of the acne and keep it overnight,as a mask or for an hour. Wash it with water and a soft cloth. This will make the acne less visible.
Use steam to open your pores before using the mask to help the honey and cinnamon work its way down into your pores.
To help clean out bacteria, press your fingers into the honey and pull up quickly. This will work to clear out especially dirty pores, such as open blackheads.
