It gets WAY better. Being with the right partner helps as well. You have to be able to speak up and talk about what pleases you. We've been conditioned to not talk about sex because it's shameful. Truth is..... As I've gotten older, it's gotten better because I am no longer embarrassed to say what pleases me and also asking my partner what pleases him.
It's all about Empowering yourself and speaking up. No more faking orgasms. You are only cheating yourself when you do that and your partner thinks he's doing all the right things. Not So Much!! Being honest is the best way to have a healthy relationship.. .. period.
