Here are some infections you will want to worry about: anthrax, cholera, dysentery, dengue, japanese encephalitis, rotavirus, tuberculosis and malaria. This is why I ALWAYS bring antiseptic wipes with me. Wipe down the seat, use a seat cover, always squat and the wipe yourself with the wipe afterwards. I usually try to also wear a mask so as not to breathe in the pathogens that float in the air after flushing. You should probably see a doctor as soon as possible and come with a list of potential diseases to rule out.
