Thank you for your reply. My gastroenterologist prescribed me miralax which was helping me for awhile but now recently it's not helping me in the way it was before. He also prescribed me Reglan but don't see much relief either. As diagnosis my doctor in the beginning was telling me that I have a little bit of irritable bowel syndrome and he gave me dicyclomine in the past also I felt a little better with this. Right now I don't have a diagnosis yet until I see my GI doctor on Tuesday.
Depend what my GI doctor says should I see my GYN afterwards? She is actually monitoring me because of the ovarian cyst I have and she usually does pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound. What I'm wondering is as ovarian cyst if my GYN just does ultrasound and says the cyst is normal and if God forbid by biopsy shows something's wrong can ultrasound show if something's wrong the same way as biopsy does? I'm wondering this because such symptoms I have and having ovarian cyst I'm wondering maybe just by ultrasound is not enough and it can be a possibility of being misdiagnosed, you know what I mean from here?
I am trying to relax I'm mostly scared of how I feel. Next month I'm turning 30 and I'm thinking at my age with ovarian cyst I'm afraid it's turning to ovarian cancer. These are definite that I will mention to my GI doctor. Do you also think I should print out this article I saw on your site about ovarian cancer awareness month and show it to my GI and GYN? Please let me know soon.
