Like I said before, If you want to know if you conceived. You will need to wait a few more days and retake another test. But, if you are trying to conceive. Some of the first signs and symptoms of pregnancyare a missed period, breast tenderness and nausea. You will need to take a home pregnancy test to know. Pregnancy outside of marriage, is all up to the couple. It all comes down to beliefs, culture and what both of you feel it's best for the relationship and the baby.
