Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question. During a woman's premenstrual time, most women will experience tissues in the body that may trap excessive fluid and cause swelling, which is referred to as edema. Individuals commonly notice this swelling in the hands, feet, ankles and legs. This might be the cause of your hands and other body parts looking yellow.  Have you had bloodwork done?
