Everything that I would suggest to you such as taking a pregnancy test etc you have already completed with negative results. If you are still concerned, you could always make an appointment with your treating physician for a blood test instead of the urine analysis. Since you are having so many common symptoms of pregnancy, this would be suggestive. Can you keep us posted?
