You can't feel pregnancy cramps the next day. It's way too early.
Any time there is intercourse with no protection used, there will be a chance for pregnancy.
Since your sexual activity included only rubbing which i am assuming no penetration happened, the chances of pregnancy are low to none.
Ejaculating on your thigh will not make you pregnant.
Please consider protection next time you get intimate because you never know where you end up.
