You cannot be pregnant if both of you had clothes.
If he didn't ejaculate inside you or directly on the vagina opening, then you are safe.
Consider using birth control next time, if you are avoiding pregnancy.
Is your period supposed to come soon? maybe you feel the cramps because of that.
