So by the time a man is 70, he’s going to have about half a much testosterone as he did when he was thirty.”

Well, I'm 73, and my testosterone, tested just six months ago, is 1080ng/dL (normal range: 250-1100ng/dL). If what the good doctor says is true, my T must have been twice the upper limit of normal when I was 30. I can assure you that it was not, otherwise I would have been a freak of nature. In fact, the latest research shows that a man's T does not decline with age, if his health remains good. The decline in T that is often noticed with age is a result of declining health.
