Thanks you for your question and I think we all have been in your shoes one time or another. Sometimes the issue could just be an irritation. If you were already checked for STDs - they should have also checked for yeast infections and BV so I don't think that would be an issue. Your PH level is so sensitive and using anything but water can set is adrift. Try only using water for a while until the itching subsides....that may help. All the other things you mentioned could just be irritating it.
If not, go back to your doctor for further testing.
