Hi Missie, thank you for the reply. My gynecologist wasn't really alarmed when I brought up constipation issue post surgery. She has advised Duphalax-Lactulose (Laxative) and Cremafinn(stool softener). Over the coming weekend I will try to avoid them to see if I can function without it.
Also I will certainly take medical advice before doing colon hydrotherapy. Planning to consult a gastroenterology expert sometime next month. Thanks once again.
