I have been living as an expat in Central America for a while now. Over the years I have been able to meet many other expats and there is something I noticed. Tons of them don’t seem to have any International Health Insurance. As a mom to two boys this is an idea that scares me! I am the kind of expat that thinks that insurance is needed.
