Welcome to EmpowHER. If you are on birth control pills, your chances for pregnancy to occur are less. The only way you can get pregnant is if he ejaculates inside of you. You can't get pregnant from him not wiping all the semen off. Semen outside the body will dry up very quick and sperm dies.
