Thanks Yasmin and Daisy,

I believe the key to recovery is recognising the problem early on. If you are unable to sleep, say for a month, consult a good therapist, rather than disillusioning yourself into thinking that may be there are too many distractions or you are in too much stress to be able to fall asleep, when you know its not the case.
