Welcome to EmpowHER. There are many ways in you can relieve the symptoms of Menopause naturally.  Hot flashes, try to notice what can triggers your hot flashes and avoid those things. Possible things can be spicy food, alcohol, caffeine, stress or being in a hot place. Mood swings, get enough sleep and staying physically active will help to feel your best. If not try talking to your doctor, if you feel depressed or not being able to control the mood swings yourself.  Sometimes medications such as antidepressant can help.
