carbs, I crave carbs, bread, potato chips, potatoes in any form, pasta, sigh. was diagnosed type 2 diabetlc 2 months ago. right before valentines day. sweets aren't that hard to give up, now a sweet is my go to for cravings! when cravings are bad I have a few sugar free Life Savers. strong fruit flavor and slowly sucked instead of crunched by the time one or two are gone so is my craving.
