Thank you for your reply. The primary physician I have are a clinic where I see a different doctor each time and they all are residents. Generally what ever I talk to them either they say I don't know or talk to your specialist. I don't know who I should say this to. Right now I'm waiting for a phone call from my neurologist do you think it makes sense that I'm mentioning this to him? Next week I'm going to see a neurosurgeon for sciatica do you think it makes sense that I mention such thing to him? Only my specialists understand me no one else really does.

I'm in a very in between position and I get really scared when I feel light headed and feel like faint especially when I'm in public.
The other thing I'm wondering about which is because of sciatica pain every little pain bothers me a lot. Because of my back issue many of my issues are in between problems.

The other thing bothering me is my left breast is very dense and sore. On one spot of my breast I keep having pain and I'm going to see my doctor for this next month. Meanwhile what's bothering me is since my breast is dense and ultrasounds don't really show if something's there, whatever is in the spot that I'm having such pain I don't know how my doctor would find out more about this. Because of my back issue I keep having pulling feeling with my left breast and since I have pain in one spot I keep thinking maybe if for example there is no cyst there and a nodule or nerve pressing me somewhere in the area I'm wondering how would the doctor be able to see if such thing is bothering me? Recently such pain I have like this really gets painful and gets on my nerves. I'm a small person and with sciatica pain recently every little pain is bothering me a lot, do you think sciatica is causing me such pain problems like this? Please let me know more about this soon.
Thank You,
Melissa
