Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. If you took the emergency contraceptive, you should be fine. They generally work when used as prescribed. I know you were a few hours late taking the second one but you should be fine. If can expect delays in your periods for the next two months after taking the emergency pill which is very common. We hear it all too often on here.
Relax and you should be fine, if you are concerned - take a pregnancy test and that should help ease your mind.
