Hi, good article, thanks a lot. I think the key is to learn something new and challenging for you. For some people that could be learning a foreign language or taking up a musical instrument. Learning to play bridge would be a real challenge for me. And with brain games theere is always something new, since last week I've been training on gamentis.com, some really nice brain training games.
