I have a sensitive skin and bought Garnier Respons gentle conditioner for sensitive scalp. I used it about two weeks ago, I still got skin issues in the neck. All around the hair red marks appeared, later lumps and it was burning. I have been sick with allergic reactions ever since: numb lips, burning sensation in the nostrils and mouth, swelling of tissue, hives, headaches, etc...
