Hi garymoore,

Welcome to EmpowHER. If you normally don't exercise, it might be best to start with some light exercising. Such as, walking, treadmill, elliptical, and aerobics.  But, before you start any exercise program. It's best to see your doctor and discuss your plans of exercising and losing weight.
