Same problem. I walk, recline stationary bike, do a video or 2. We are talking 2-3 hrs a week of exercise with farklets. I have gained weight and stomach still there. Taking calcium, D3, Garcina Cambrogia. using small portion and eat this not that switching good food for bad food.
