Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. You are not pregnant. It is impossible to get pregnant with your clothes on so don't be concerned about that. However, yes...breast pain and possible missed periods are in your future due to using Plan B. In most cases when I have talked to woman that used Plan B, your period can be irregular for at least the next two cycles or two months. Many complain of too much bleeding while others have no bleeding. This is pretty common and your body should readjust in month three.
So don't be concerned that that your pregnant, as that is no the case. It is simply the Plan B that is probably causing the discomfort. Good luck.
