If you are taking your pill as directed, they are usually effective. Stomach pains can be associated with so many different things but in general, women do not feel "pregnancy" symptoms right after a sexual intercourse so you may be having some sort of flu symptoms or it could be associated with your workout. There are simply too many possibilities to provide a simple answer as to if you should take Plan B or not. Plus, if you have not had sex in a while, this could also be the culprit.
You may need to see your doctor for possible solutions. I hope this helps and good luck.
