Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. It is not common for women to ovulate one day after your period stops therefore, I will take a guess that you are definitely not pregnant. You can only get pregnant during ovulation which usually happens around 10-14 days after you start your period.
Since you took Plan B, this is the reason why your regular period is off. Once you take that, you will expect to have irregularities for at least two cycles or two months. At this point, you can only guess when your period will start unfortunately. I hope this helps and good luck.
