I've gone through the same thing with my boyfriend. He's the type of man to hesitate before doing things. So instead of making him feel like he has to (even if its not intentional,) make him want to do it. I say go buy some sexy lingerie and send him subtle texts that will make him think about what you are going to do to him later. Example "I can't wait till you get home ;)" or "i bought something for us tonight ;)" or "You have no idea what im going to do to you tonight ;)" Make sure you texts clearly give a message of the sex you want to have but dont directly say it. Sending him sexual hints will give him time to prepare a little and he will not be able to wait to jump in to bed.
when he gets home, make the move. A man likes when a girl is willing to come on to him and while you guys are getting into it ask him to tie you up in a sexy voice. Make him want to do it.
