I too suffer from headaches mostly during the summer months. The refrigerated air dry's my sinuses out which clogs me up. This air does not allow my sinuses to drain naturally. The cold air takes the humidity out of the area or space. It creates headaches during the night interrupting my sleep. I am forced to place hot damp compresses on my face to help wake up my sinus passages and breathing in the dampness softens the dry mucus which is backing up in my head. Once I do this for 10 to 15 minutes heating the compress in the microwave it makes my nose, eyes and mouth run and also causes me to sneeze. After about 30 minutes of this routine the headache pain is diminished. I hope this helps. It works for me.
