• Where exactly on your foot is this ball? Is it on the base of your food right on the arch? Describe the location as best as you can. Is the ball right in the middle, toward the heel or closer to your toes?
• How long have you had this ball?
• How large is this ball?
• Are you experiencing any pain from the ball?
