Wow I can't believe all these recipes are vegan! I love the variety of these recipes and how there is no shortage of dishes to make for any palate! I can see some of these dishes become a huge hit at parties, especially around the holidays! Every Christmas my aunt makes lasagna for the whole family to eat on Christmas day, I'll share the Vegan Lasagna recipe with her I bet our family won't even notice! Only question I have is what is nutritional yeast? Is this something someone can easily purchase at their local store or is it only in speciality stores?
