Hello, I also had lymphoid hyperplasia of terminal ileum discovered while doing colonoscopy. Everything I read shows it creates risk of lymphoma and colon cancer. I spoke to 3 doctors and 2 of them said it's nothing to worry about but the 3rd confirmed what I read in the articles. I suggest you look into it further
