I don't personally endorse one product over another, but I personally take Phillips Colon Health. It has the two types of bacteria I look for in a probiotic supplement: a Bifidio bacteria and a Lactobacilli bacteria. Additionally, I like that I can pick it up at just about any store, it's affordable, it's stable at room temp and it's tiny. I personally have trouble remembering to take supplements when they're not in my direct line of vision. So it helps me I can leave it out on the counter instead of the refrigerator. Also I hate big pills and thus won't take them, so it's nice that these are so tiny.
When looking for supplements look for what makes the practical for you, as they only work when you take them. Additionally, make sure your supplements are free from artificial food dyes.
